Food and refreshments are available throughout the day served in the restaurant out on the terrace and in the main lounges. The breakfast menu offers fresh fruit, cereals and a choice of kipper fillets or bacon and eggs to start your day. Enjoy lunch out on the terrace of hot Paninis, crab and prawn platters and afternoon Cornish cream teas. We will gladly provide you with a picnic lunch if you fancy a day out and children’s early teas can be served at 5.30 in the dining room offering a choice of jacket potatoes, sandwiches and fish and chip meals.

The restaurant offers a different 3 course menu every evening of traditional English cuisine and complimentary coffee. An A La Carte Menu with a choice of fresh fish dishes, steaks and salads is also available and the restaurant is open to non residents.

Surfing at Trebarwith Hotel- Newquay

The Errant Surf School is a level four approved surf operation with the British Surfing Association, the sport’s national governing body and based at the trebarwith Hotel. The school is open to people of all ages and levels and provides a fully tailored lesson for you whether you’re surfing for the very first time, seeking insightful hints and tips to take you to the next level, require some private coaching or are looking for advanced, competitive surf training.

Learning to surf is quite simply one of the best things you can do in life. Here at Errant we are fortunate to have some of Europe's best surf coaches at our disposal to help you through those first learn to surf stages. We also understand that people learn at different speeds and in different ways, depending on their physical and mental make-up. As a result of our many years of progressive surf coaching we have developed a range of unique techniques and a personalised style to help each and every surfer understand the waves, get to their feet and start controlling the surfboard. Errant Surf School has a number of learn to surf options in Newquay to get you started and onto the right track from day one. Our half day and full day packages are ideal for people who would like to experience a taste of this exhilarating sport.
