Come join us this winter at our surf camp in Sri Lanka. Located close to Welligama in the village of Ahangama the surf camp is as close to the ocean as you can get without getting your feet wet at night. There are a number of excellent surf beaches and reef breaks around. Ideal for all surfers at any level, looking to spend quality time in their shorts surfing it up all day. Groups at the surf camp are kept to a maximum of 12 people, to ensure your stay is perfect.

The former guesthouse, turned surf lodge is surrounded by palm trees and wildlife. There is a relaxed atmosphere; chat usually turns to the surf that morning over a fresh cup of coffee. In the evenings as the sun sets on another good day, the coffee is swapped for an ice cold beer and mellow tunes.

Food and Drink

Breakfast is included, all other food will be charged to your room. Eating out is a must in Sri Lanka, fresh produce equals amazing local food. Think seafood and curries! Sri Lankan cuisine is one of the most complex cuisines of South Asia. Due to its proximity to South India, the cuisine of Sri Lanka shows some influence, yet is in many ways quite distinct. As a major trade hub, it draws influence from colonial powers that were involved in Sri Lanka and by foreign traders. Rice, which is consumed daily, can be found at any occasion, while spicy curries are favourite dishes for lunch and dinner. Some of the Sri Lankan dishes have striking resemblance to Kerala cuisine, which could be due to the similar geographic and agricultural features with Kerala.
