The beachfront, Poya Villa is blessed with one of the most stunning coastline views on the south west coast of Sri Lanka. The graceful simplicity of the villa boasts four fully air conditioned bedrooms, four en-suite bathrooms, and an openstyle living area all complemented by a mix of modern and traditional furnishings maintained by a professional staff.

The Poya Villa is ideal for families or a group of friends wanting luxury, self-catering accommodation in Sri Lanka. Out the front of the Poya Villa is a fun surf break called Kabalana beach which has a fun beach and point break. The waves are ideal for all levels of surfer.

Poya Villa was built in 2010 with chic and comfort in mind. The Poya Villa comes equipped with the following;

Food and Drink

Our ground team will provide breakfast (included in price) consisting of plenty of fresh fruit, coffee and tea's, pancakes and egg's. As a self-catering option other meals are not included. Our ground team are more than happy to go shopping on your behalf if you would rather laze in the sunshine. There is good BBQ and fire pit if you fancy cooking up some locally caught fish.
