Introduction to Hotel Torres - Loredo

Hotel Torres is separated from the beach by an impressive pine forest which will take you 10 minutes to walk through to get to your surfing session. All 30 rooms are individually designed to maximise your comfort, and a great amount of detail has been put into making your stay all the more memorable. This four star hotel is by far the most pleasant and stylish hotel in the area. The hotel has its own bar, restaurant and outdoor pool. It is only 200m from our Hosteria de Latas and surf school.

Food and Drink

Breakfast is included in the price of all stays with us at the Torres. They also offer lunch and dinner menu's and is one of the best places to eat in the village. You can also join us at La Hosteria de Latas for your evening meal, or walk into Somo village (10mins) to catch a small foot boat across the river and into the city of Santander.

Loredo beach regularly produces world-class right-handers as well as a steady flow of easy waves for beginners and intermediates. Your Errant guide/instructor will know where to find the best conditions to suit your skill level on any given day and will take you right there. With so many options close-by, you can be sure that you’ll find just what you’re looking for, whether that is big barrels or softer waves.

Some of the best surfers in Europe live in Somo; Pablo Solar, Michel Velasco, Pablo Gutierrez and Dani Garcia are all locals to the area and their record on the WQS is a testimony to the quality waves that are in this area.
