These surf spot are generally uncrowded and most of the time your surfing just with your mates.

One of the many high light of the tour will be spending three days in the world famous Jefferies bay.
Other highlights of the tour are a night at the Garden Route Game lodge, a cheetah walk and an early morning Game drive. We will also visit Mossel Bay and its Museum.
Mossel Bay was discovered by Bartolomeu Diaz in 1488 and has been South Africa’s best kept secret ever since. It is one of only four of South Africa’s coastal towns that face north, giving it the warmth of the African sun from morning to night. Mossel Bay was nominated town of the year in 2007/2008 and in 2010 Mossel Bay is Western Cape Town of the year. It’s a known fact that we also have one of the mildest climates in the world – second only to Hawaii.
Also while you visit Mossel Bay we will go Dune Boarding on one of the Largest Dunes in the Southern Hemisphere.
The Tour will also visit Oudtshorn, the Ostrich capital of the world, there we will visit an Ostrich farm and also the famous Kango Caves.
We want you to enjoy as much of South Africa and the garden route in particular as possible, so we have included 5 activities into the tour. These activities can be adjusted to your individual needs and interest, and can also be amended to your budget. Please choose from our long list of activities so we can tailor make your own specialized, private tour.
In the interest of locals at the breaks visited the maximum on any tour will be 4 and the minimum 2. Keeping our tour small and personal therefore making it easier to attend to your every need.
All meals will be provided, Breakfast lunch and supper. You will experience a traditional Braai (BBQ) which means meat, meat and more meat. All your travel will be sorted, picked up at Cape Town airport and dropped off at Port Elizabeth airport. All your accommodation will be 3 star B&B, ranging from Historic stone buildings to beautiful Dutch Mediterranean mansions on the beach.
Mossel Bay, the surroundings and Jefferies Bay will be out Main surfing spots, however depending on Swell size and direction other spots can be surfed.
Mossel Bay’s “Point” is unique; it has two waves breaking next to each other, Inner Pool and Outer Pool. The prevailing wind is an offshore south westerly which brings the swell from Cape Town and the roaring forties.
Outer Pool works on a low tide. It has an easy take off with a slow tapering shoulder that stands up at the bottom section, creating a big turn section which, if you’re fortunate, can push up into a barrel. Inner Pool is a high tide wave and is more for hotdogging.
Inside the bay there are two reefs that work on different tides, swell directions and sizes. In addition to the point and reef breaks, we have a friendly learn-to-surf beach at the back of the bay called Diaz – although Bartolomeu was probably more attracted by the safe anchorage and the fresh water spring!
Then for those who like to explore, there are many beaches and points working on different swells and winds, all within 150 km radius, that will blow your mind. If you want, we will also visit Jeffreys Bay - only a 3.5 hour drive away.
