Located 20 minutes from Arrifana and 5km from Odeceixe in south west Portugal our surfing holidays at the Odeceixe guest house are the perfect getaway for couples, families and anyone who wants to leave it all behind!

The stunning guest house has seven double rooms all with private a bathroom, TV, central heating, hair dryer on demand, daily cleaning, bed linen and towels changed once during weekly stays. We can also fit an extra bed available for small children. There is a living room with TV, DVD, free wireless Internet connection, newspapers, magazines, movies and games.

It is the swimming pool and children's playground, that really set this surfers guesthouse apart from others. This surfing holiday in Portugal is totally children friendly with baby-sitting available on request, so you and your partner can enjoy your surfing.

Food and Drink

All surfing holidays here come with an amazing breakfast which includes fresh fruit juice, home made ice tea, cereals and yogurts; fresh local bread; cheeses, ham and home made jams; home made cake and cookies. Daily alternatives: scambled or fried eggs with tomato and oregano, scones, cheese bread, croissants or crepes.

Surfing at Odeceixe Guesthouse

South west Portugal is one of the warmest surfing locations in Europe. Gentle Atlantic swells bend into the various sweeping bays, providing ideal surfing for all levels from complete new surfers to the avid pro-surfer seeking some new waves.

The surf instructors are local surfers and are certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, they have lifeguarding training and knowledge of the region's beaches and its conditions. Classes have a maximum of 8 people, are held on the beaches of Odeceixe, Amoreira and Monte Clérigo.
