Can I just say thank you for a fantastic holiday, Customer services in the UK were brilliant, they aloud us to change our date and were really helpful and sorted out everything we needed. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The team out there could not have been more helpful, as well as organising surfing they organised trips to Agadir to the Souk, the haman and the fish port, to the other local villages and to go horse riding and were fantastic characters. The food was amazing and plentiful and where people had specific food requirements they went out of there way to meet them. I'd even go as far as recommending it as somewhere to stay even if you didn't surf. 

The surf coach was really friendly and nice and encouraging and always made sure we were safe although not as hands on as the coach on our previous trip. 

We had a fantastic holiday and are already planning on going back,

I truly had the most memorable surf trip. The whole set up was perfect. Lovely, warm and knowledgable surf guides and hosts, truly epic food, every mealtime experience was a joy thanks to Fatima. The accomodation was perfect, clean and lovely, perfect spot! 

I cannot fault the organisation and communication from Errant prior to setting off. Thank you for an epic trip!

Review of Surf Camp - Tamraght from 27th February

Just to say, fab location, great accomodation and food, Damon very good on the beach and in the water, I learnt a lot, even basic stuff that I thought I knew (but didn't).  Good waves for us, though small, so we ended up having a week's longboard course effectively as we were all on the 8'2", 8' 7" boards and Damon tailored what we needed to know. Customer service from Kim just perfect.  Food fantastic, I came back with a tagine and spices from the Aourir souk. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and look forward to doing the trip again.

I stayed at the surf lodge in Tamraght and thought the accommodation was good value. It felt like a home stay, if a little cold at night in January! Fatima's cooking was excellent. I was a little worried that I would get eggs every day, seeing as I am vegetarian. I always had a lovely meal in the evening and the portions were massive.

I had an excellent holiday with you.  The accommodation was good and the food was excellent! Different home cooked meals everyday all fresh and amazing!  The staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great holiday.  Will definitely look at booking another surf holiday with you next year.

Hi, If, as your email says, your looking to improve your service Im afraid I might not be much use to you. This is purely because I can't think of anything that could be improved upon! The accomodation and customer service over there were excellent and (Im sure you here this quite often) the food Fatima cooks is absolutly unbelievable! Nagai is a good coach and a good bloke and I felt a genuine improvement in my surfing through the week. As for the customer service from your end; I made my first enquiry about a week before I was due to leave, you were in contact the next day and the rest is history. Kim even managed to hide (most of) her frustration on the voicemail she left me when I was late paying! On that subject, please thank Kim for sorting the holiday for me on the last minute like that, I was very impressed with the speed and efficency of it all. Basically, the whole thing was damn near perfect from start to finish. I will certainly be returning to Morocco at some point and, whether its regarding Morocco or elsewhere, you'll certainly be hearing from me again too! I would (and in fact do) recommend your company to anyone whos prepared to listen. Thanks and well done!

Accommodation, lovely house, basic but clean and nicely decorated. Surf coaches were great fun and friendly. Food traditional Moroccan cooking first class. Customer service great. Would definitely use you again and recommend, Thank you to all the guys.

Overall it was a great experience, so many thanks for that! Very nice house and location, with great views of the ocean. The surf coaching was very good and flexible. Did a good job of meeting the requirements of a group of surfers of very different abilities. Even fixed my board for me! Dinners were all really excellent and the cooks went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements. Breakfast was rather bread/stodge heavy without any lighter/ healthier options. Customer service before hand and during my trip was excellent from start to finish. The Errant process was very quick and efficient beforehand and all of the staff at the location went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to look after me. No complaints at all. I will certainly be recommending the place to my surfing buddies.

I had very enjoyable stay in Morocco. The trip was exactly what I wanted and the service provided by all the staff at

the camp was excellent, I was made to feel very much at home from arriving at the airport. The accommodation was clean and very relaxing,

surf coaching was good with staff being open to questions at any time of the day. Food and drink was very good, particularly the evening meal,

which gave an opportunity for everyone to chat about the days experiences and plan the next one. Overall I would thoroughly recommend

friends to stay at the surf camp at Tamaraght. Thanks again for being so swift and accommodating to any emails I sent.

I look forward to booking another trip with you in the future.

The accommodation in Morocco was great. We really liked the window in the room. Rooms were clean and big enough, beds were comfortable, there were two bathrooms, so thats great because there is a lot of rooms. Dining room was big and nice to hang out. Only the internet was a little slow, but they say they are already fixing that. Food was fine, different meals everyday, breakfast at camp, salads or sandwiches on the beach and in the evening dinner at camp. For breakfast we could choose different drinks and bottled water was there all the time. The food was well cooked, and we did not get food poisoning. =D Freddy and Damon were good coaches, they always found a spot suitable for our skills. Mr. Hafed waited for us at the airport and took us back.

I'm pleased to say both Simon and i had a brilliant holiday. Hafid the driver/'entertainer' was awesome, nothing was too much trouble for him and was loved by all. Fatima and her sister provided great food and were lovely. damon was also excellent - extremely generous with his time, not only for taking us to the best surf spots but showing us the local sights morning noon and night.

The customer service from your team before we left was great - speaking with Will on the telephone for advice on best places to go this time of year, Chris via the website chat on best places to stay in Morocco and then with another Chris when booking as our first choice accommodation was no longer available. 

I will definitely recommend you to friends and perhaps book another surf trip with you to somewhere further afield in the next year! (just need to find the time and the money!)

Fantastic time overall. Food was fantastic for all meals, Fatima is great in the kitchen and very hospitable. Great customer service, over and above my expectations, Hafed was brilliant, and took us to some real authentic local places to eat, shop, have a hamam, pick up provisions and drive to any surf spot we wanted at any time. Outstanding.
