Introduction to Surf Camp - Taghazoute - Morocco - Africa

The Taghazoute surf camp is as close to the ocean as you can get. Fall asleep listening to the waves then wake up the next day and check the surf from your bed! The camp has spacious single, double and quad rooms. This is a great location to base yourself, hit the surf and meet new people. The surf school is also run from this surf camp, so this is a great option for new surfers in Morocco. The two-story villa has a range of rooms, which can cater for everyone. We have four bathrooms, a large kitchen and a big living room with TV, DVD and video. We also have a massive balcony and sun terrace where you can eat breakfast, watch the surf, play pool or table tennis or just simply snooze in the afternoon sun.

You will find wireless internet throughout the surf villa, and the surf camp is very safe for you to bring your own laptop to work, or just tease your friends with constant updates about your surfing week!

Food and Drink

With all surfing holidays at the villa in Taghazoute we provide a big healthy breakfast, and a packed lunch for the beach. Evening meals can also be arranged upon arrival, or within a short walk you have a number of good restaurants in the village of Taghazoute.

Right out the front of the surf camp in Taghazoute you have a fun, high tide wedge which breaks as a right hand wave. A short walk along the coast to the north and you will be able to surf Anka Point. Towards the south is Hash Point, a mellow fun right hand point break. Walking further south and you will find Pannoramas a fast, pointbreak wave. Of course you also have access to one of six of our 4x4 trucks which each day head out in search of good surf, and suitable surf for those on surf school.
