Do you tailor any of your surfing holidays?

Yes, in fact 78% of our surfing holidays are tailormade to suit our clients. If one of our more popular surf holiday or lesson packages do not fit your needs, get in touch and we shall tailor a trip for you.

Where are the accommodation options in relation to each other?

Good point, it is nice to see the lay of the land before heading out surfing. If you click on our surf maps you will see a number of Google maps which list our accommodation options, and our surf schools at that location.

Can you help us organise a group trip?

Yes we can. We run surfing holidays for schools, universities, stag and hen's, work trips, team building and much more. In fact at many resorts we offer large discounts for big group bookings. Please contact us with your full name, contact number, ideal resort and budget. We will then put togther a few different options for you.

What customer protection do you offer?

All monies paid to Errant Surf Holidays will enter a trust account. Your funds are held in this account and will not be released until you have returned from your holiday. In the unlikely event of the company becoming insolvent, your payment is protected by the company's trust account, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. This means that your money will be refunded in the event of our insolvency.

Do you organise flights?

To allow you to take advantage of low cost flight options and so that you can travel when best suits you, we do not book flights.  However we can assist you in obtaining the right flights by giving you the contact details of an ATOL (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) holder and we then organise all of your travel and requirements from the airport onwards.  By ensuring that you are booking with an ATOL holder you can rest assured that your flights are financially protected.

What is ATOL?

ATOL is the Air Travel Organisers'  Licensing scheme. It bonds your flight, so should the flight company go into insolvency then you will still be able to fly home. However this doesn't protect your surfing holiday. Some companies display an ATOL membership symbol but primarily only sell holidays without flights. We believe that this is deliberately misleading customers. ATOL protection only covers you if you buy flights as part of your package - and since we don't sell flights an ATOL membership would not give you any protection. However, we do follow the practice and guidelines for ABTA members laid down by EU and UK law.

Do you cater for new surfers?

Of course! We teach people how to surf each day, in many locations around the world. We offer surf coaching for young, old, male, female, fit and not so fit people!

I have had a few surf lessons, can you help me progress?

Yes, in fact a surfing holiday somewhere a little warmer is a great way to progress your surfing if you have already had a few lessons. All our coaches are qualified to help you step up to that next level in your surfing. At most surf schools, you will also find a large range of surfboards to suit your needs, and there is always something to move onto!
