Are you ATOL bonded?

We are retail agents for ATOL holders. The publication of an inclusive price is not to be construed as creating a single contract. In order to provide ATOL bond protection your flight arrangements form part of a separate contract with an ATOL holder, for whom we act as agents. All flight bookings are subject to the ATOL holder's booking conditions. When you make a booking with us we will advise you which ATOL holder you will be booked with and provide you with ATOL number. Once a booking has been made and confirmed by the ATOL holder, a contract exists between you and the ATOL holder and a confirmation booking or invoice will be issued. 

Where can I find the terms and conditions of booking a surfing holiday with Errant?

At the end of each booking form online it will request you read the terms and conditions. If you would like some bed time reading before hand you can read them here.

Payments

We take most credit and debit cards. We do not charge for debit, credit cards or bank transfers. The bad news is we do not take American Express.

So many ways to chat with us, all our team have surfed all over the world and know precisely what it takes to provide a good surfing holiday.

Do you tailor any of your surfing holidays?

Yes, in fact 78% of our surfing holidays are tailormade to suit our clients. If one of our more popular surfing holiday or lesson packages do not fit your needs, get in touch and we shall tailor a trip for you.

Where are the accommodation options in relation to each other?

Good point, it is nice to see the lay of the land before heading out surfing. If you click on our surf maps you will see a number of Google maps which list our accommodation options, and our surf schools at that location.

Can you help us organise a group trip?

Yes we can. We run surfing holidays for schools, universities, stag and hen's, work trips, team building and much more. In fact at many resorts we offer large discounts for big group bookings. Please contact us with your full name, contact number, ideal resort and budget. We will then put togther a few different options for you.

Do you cater for new surfers?

Of course! We teach people how to surf each day, in many locations around the world. We offer surf coaching for young, old, male, female, fit and not so fit people!

I have had a few surf lessons, can you help me progress?

Yes, in fact a surfing holiday somewhere a little warmer is a great way to progress your surfing if you have already had a few lessons. All our coaches are qualified to help you step up to that next level in your surfing. At most surf schools, you will also find a large range of surfboards to suit your needs, and there is always something to move onto!
