Bali

Bali, a tropical surf island in the Indonesian archipelago, is so picturesque and immaculate it could almost be a painted backdrop. It has rice paddies tripping down hillsides like giant steps, volcanoes soaring up through the clouds, dense tropical jungle, long sandy beaches, warm blue water, crashing surf and friendly people who don't just have a culture but actually live it. In Bali spirits come out to play in the moonlight, every night is a festival and even a funeral is an opportunity to have a good time.

As Indonesia’s only Hindu island, Bali is a peaceful, spiritual and welcoming place to visit. Away from the more populated tourist enclaves are a plethora of breathtaking beaches, scenic rice paddies, and charming towns. A Bali surfing holiday is a wonderful way to recharge your batteries, meet some truly heart-warming local peple, eat some outstanding Balinese cuisine, and immerse yourself in a charismatic and fascinating culture.

The surf in Bali is world class, ideal for all levels. We have listed a few of the more well-known surf spots here, but there are plenty out there to be explored!
