English Nationals 2007
Errant Team Riders clean up at the Headworx English Nationals
Seven surfers from Errant took to the waves off Watergate Bay and Tolcarne bay last weekend to battle out for the countries number one title, the English crown.
Errant groms Josh Piper, Harry Timson, Josh Piper, Aiden Wright and Tom Good all fresh back from the Errant Grom Exchange in Lanzarote surfed to their best in big onshore waves.
Harry surfed hard in two divisions, the Under 12's, which he went onto win and the Under 14's where he placed third just below Tom Good, who finished second. Another Errant filled final was the U18's, Aiden Wright piped fellow team rider, Josh Pipper, to take the under eighteens title.

In the men's long board open, UK manager Chris Thomson started his contest season off in style with a nine point ride backed up with a 8 point ride, the highest scores on day one of the event. The surf dropped off for the final where Chris and Errant long boarder Ben Haworth found each other competing against each other with ex-European champion Sam Bleakley. Sam surfed with power and better wave selection to take the title just ahead of Ben and Chris.
